Clarity IT’s Parents' Gateway provides parents and guardians with access to key information about their children via a web browser using a secure web site.

Parents and guardians can access timetable, medical, behaviour, subject and attendance information. PDF reports can also be downloaded from practically any reporting system.

UPDATED! The Parents' Gateway now links to AIM High by 4C Software to make it even quicker and easier for parents to access their children's reports. As reports are finalised and published using AIM High they will automatically appear within the Parents' Gateway.

The Parents' Gateway uses SharePoint as its underlying platform to allow you to add document sharing, surveys, calendars, announcements and 3rd party web parts easily and at no extra cost.

Before parents can use the service they must "register" with you enabling you to control the sign-up process and ensure they accept your terms and conditions of service.

The Parents' Gateway and SharePoint software is installed on one of your servers giving you full control over the way it works, the layout and even the colour scheme and logos. This also means that your data isn't kept off-site by someone else.

The perpetual license and 1st year support and maintenance cost of this gateway is £2,500 + VAT excluding the cost of installation. Support and maintenance for subsequent years is £1,000 + VAT.

The portal / gateway currently only connects to Capita SIMS. If you don’t use SIMS but want to use our gateway please get in touch to register your interest!
